Through Anymeets you can import a list of reviewers to invite, create and send invitations to your reviewers, and create custom "Accept" and "Reject" forms for your reviewers to choose from.
There are three parts to inviting reviewers using Anymeets.
You can manually add reviewers to the reviewer list at any point by clicking "Add" and filling in the necessary information in the new line that appears. This information can be edited at any point using the edit button (pencil icon) or deleted (garbage can icon).

Reviewers can also be added using the "Upload Excel file" button.
Add reviewers via Excel file upload.
The Excel file needs to be in a specific form, or else it will not be uploaded (specific number of columns placed in the correct order). A template can be downloaded here.
You will be able to review the list of uploaded reviewers, and make changes, before you add them to the system. Additionally, you can add reviewers manually at this step by using the "Add" button. Press "Save" to upload the list of reviewers.

This is the dashboard from which the reviewer invitations can be managed. At a glance, you can see who many reviewers have been invited, how many have accepted, declined (rejected), and how many have not responded yet (pending).
The "Send" button is a quick shortcut to sending invitations or reminders to reviewers. In order to create the invitation or reminder email, you have to use the "Email" under the "Communications" tab on the left menu.
The invitation email will contain a link that will direct invited reviewers to the Review form, where they will be able to accept or decline the invitation.
The Review forms can be created using the "Edit" button.

In the first tab (Reviewer Invite) you can include text similar to that of the invitation email. At the bottom of this text, the "Accept" and "Reject" buttons will be available to the reviewer.

How the review form will appear to your reviewers.
If a reviewer chooses "Accept" they will be taken to the "Accept form." You can ask reviewers to fill in or provide information according to the nature of your event by adding the approppriate fields in the fully customizable form. For details on each field, please go here.

For Academic Conferences, we offer the use of Thematic Codes to designate expertise. Later on, these are used to automatically assign papers to reviewers (during the review process) and automatically assign papers to sessions (during the program creation).
If a reviewer chooses "Reject" they will be taken to the "Reject form." You can offer a simple "Thank you" message, or you can ask them to provide information by adding the approppriate fields in the fully customizable form. For details on each field, please go here.
